Do I have to provide my Subscriber Login details every time I log in to the CEO Online web site?

Having entered your initial login information (email address & password) when requested and by configuring your browser to accept cookies CEO Online recognises you and remembers your login information, so you get straight through!

To configure Internet Explorer version 5.5 to accept cookies
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Select the TOOLS menu at the top
  • Select the Internet Options sub-menu
  • Click the SECURITY tab
  • For the web content zone, click the INTERNET icon
  • Under the SECURITY LEVEL settings for this zone, click the CUSTOM LEVEL
  • Scroll down until you find the two settings pertaining to COOKIES. Select the ENABLED button
  • Click OK to save your changes
  • Click OK to close the Internet Options settings.

To configure Internet Explorer version 6.x to accept cookies
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Select the TOOLS menu at the top
  • Select the Internet Options sub-menu
  • Click the PRIVACY tab
  • use the SECURITY LEVEL SLIDER and the ADVANCED button on security policy such that your PC can accept COOKIES from this web site
  • Click OK to save your changes
  • Click OK to close the Internet Options settings.

Having logged into the site, I keep being asked to log-in again. Why? How do I fix it?

As our web site uses cookies to remember your password, you need to configure your internet browser to allow this specifically for the CEO Online site, as detailed below:

  • Select the TOOLS menu at the top
  • Select the INTERNET OPTIONS sub-menu
  • Click the PRIVACY tab
  • Click the SITES button
  • Enter the URL 'www.ceoonline.com.au' and click ALLOW, so that your PC will accept COOKIES from this web site
  • Click OK to save your changes
  • Click OK to close the Internet Options settings.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee to subscribers?

Can I get some more information about CEO Online before I subscribe?

Of course! Just click on the "FREE Newsletter!" icon, enter the requested information and subscribe to our free fortnightly e-newsletter (CEO News) to receive emailed updates on new articles and features you'll find on the CEO Online web site. Why can't I access the information published on the CEO Online web site?

To access all areas of the CEO Online web site, you must be a registered CEO Online subscriber (having previously received email confirmation to that effect). Registering to receive the "FREE Newsletter!" does not entitle you to access all the information published on the CEO Online web site. Should you wish to upgrade to a CEO Online subscriber, please go to Subscribe.

Should access be denied to a CEO Online subscriber (having entered your Subscriber Login information), we recommend you re-enter your email address and password to ensure accuracy.

I've forgotten my password

When requested for your Subscriber Login information, enter your email address in the 'Email' field and click on "Forgot your password?", and within minutes your password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email notification you may have entered your email address incorrectly or you may not be a CEO Online subscriber.

Please be aware your ISP may have installed blocking software which may prevent the delivery of your password via email. If you have entered the correct email address and have received no response, you are welcome to directly email online@ceo.com.au requesting your password.

How do I change my password?

Having entered your Subscriber Login information, click on "Amend your details" and enter your new password in the 'Password' field and also re-enter this new password in the 'Confirm Password' field. Remember to remove the obsolete password.

Your password must not exceed 20 characters - alpha and/or numeric configuration only.

How do I change my email address?

Having entered your Subscriber Login information, click on "Amend your details" and enter your new email address in the 'Email' field. Remember to remove the obsolete email address.

How do I update my credit card details?

For security reasons your credit card details are not stored by CEO Online on its web servers, and consequently you cannot change your credit card details on this web site. To arrange for these details to be altered, click on Contact Us and notify us you wish to change your credit card information.

Can I receive a tax invoice?

Payment for new and renewal subscription fees are processed by the secure environment hosted by VeriSign/PayPal.  When sucessfully processed a receipt is automatically issued to the subscriber's email address.  Click on Contact Us if you have any further queries regarding this automatic receipt generation.

Why can't I view secure web pages?

If you are experiencing problems viewing 'secure' pages via the Internet Explorer (IE) browser, you need to update your IE's cipher strength to 128-bit by following these steps:

 

  1. Open IE browser.
  2. Select 'Help' option from the browser toolbar.
  3. If Cipher Strength is set at 56-bit, click on the 'Update Information' button.
  4. Click on web site link provided to download Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack.
  5. Select the encryption pack that applies to your browser version and follow the download and install instructions.
  6. 'Run' the downloaded file to update the cipher strength.
What browser should I use?

Microsoft Explorer 4.0 (or higher), or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or higher) will ensure optimal viewing capabilities for the various features of the CEO Online web site.

- Enter http://www.ceoonline.com in the Home Page Location field

The CEO Online website has been programmed to conform with Industry Standards and the protocol of Cascading Spreadsheets. Adjusting the text size is quick and easy. Having opened your Internet Explorer web browser -
